    How very interesting! I am watching this after seeing your other video on which I expressed my doubt at serving it hot in winter as I assumed the egg whites would coagulate and now I see that you actually do bring it to a boil anyway before straining and cooling and the egg whites do NOT coagulate. I must give this a try. Sounds really fabulous!

    Hi, I just found your channels. I love them. I used to do rendezvous reenactments about 25-30 years ago, and had such a great time. I cooked, made rendezvous outfits by hand, made scrimshaw and beaded Indian dress. I miss the cooking on the open flame. I’m glad you guys are doing this.
